Admin cum CRM Executive

Position Level Fresh/Entry Level Requirements Responsibilities Manage customer orders, shipping arrangements, and after-sales follow-ups through CRM. Handle customer inquiries from WhatsApp, social media, Shopee, Lazada, and website live chat. Update and maintain customer data accurately in CRM and order management systems. Follow up with customers on product feedback, testimonials, and repeat purchases. Prepare sales and customer service reports for management review. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries. Assist in warranty claims, product replacements, and service arrangements.
